When you rent the Two Mississippi Museums for your next conference, seminar, gala, meeting, outdoor movie night, or concert, our dedicated team will meet with you to recommend a space or tailor a space to fit your needs.

APPLICATION

An organization or business should complete this application 60 days prior to the requested event date. Requests for a shorter time frame may be denied. A Two Mississippi Museums staff person will follow up within 10 days after this form is submitted. Completion of this form does NOT confirm an event rental. Rentals are only confirmed once a contract is signed and a deposit is paid.

Event Details
Users shall not exceed maximum occupancy per rental guide. Refer to price guide for maximum occupancy per area.
The Two Mississippi Museums are CLOSED on Mondays.
Regular operating hours are Tuesday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m., and Sunday, 1–5 p.m. After hours rentals are available Tuesday–Thursday, 5–9 p.m. and Friday–Saturday, 5 p.m.–midnight. The Two Mississippi Museums are CLOSED on Mondays.
Select all rooms you would like for your event. A 5% discount is applied if booking 3 or more spaces; a 10% discount is applied if booking all available spaces. The Nancy and Ray Neilsen Hall of History, Trustmark Commons (Lobby), Baptist Health Systems Mezzanine, Entergy Plaza, and BankPlus Porch are public areas; events that occur in these spaces during regular operating hours must be open to the public. Entergy Plaza is not available after hours Tuesday–Saturday. Entergy Plaza and BankPlus Porch are not available on Sunday.
Food must be prepared by a professional caterer or restaurant.
